WARRANTY POLICY
LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY—1 YEAR
Across Country Kitchens warrants that it’s Cabinets and parts should be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year following the acquisition date for Residential Customers and a period of 1 year following the acquisition date for Commercial Customers. The warranty period begins on the Purchase Date.
This Limited Warranty applies to Domestic use only and covers defects in materials and workmanship. Labour and shipping are not included. Indoor Use Only.
In the event of an issue, Across Country Kitchens will examine the product and at its sole discretion will determine if the warranty applies. If the product is no longer available, Across Country Kitchens will substitute a similar product upon consultation with customer. Color match is not guaranteed as all cabinets will change over time.
Please follow all Assembly, Installation, and Care Instructions. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, outdoor use, or damage from misuse or abuse, including damage and defect from failure to comply with recommended Care Instructions as described on our Website, www.acrosscountrykitchens.ca. The original Proof of Purchase receipt is required. Please contact Across Country Kitchens for more information.
SOLID WOOD” LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY—1 YEAR
Across Country Kitchens warrants that it’s Cabinets and Parts should be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year following the acquisition date for Customers.
The warranty period begins on the Purchase Date. This Limited Warranty applies to Domestic use only and covers defects in materials and workmanship. Labor and shipping are not included. Indoor Use Only. Across Country Kitchens’ warranty is not transferable to end-users, including consumers and homeowners who purchase Across Country Kitchens products through the original purchaser. All warranty actions are through Across Country Kitchens.

By purchasing the product, the original purchaser acknowledges that natural wood may vary in texture, color, and wood grain and it may exhibit subtle changes as it ages. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions may cause the materials to vary from their original color and to warp, split, or crack. These variations are considered to be natural and related to the environmental exposure of the product and are not covered under this warranty. See our recommended Temperature guideline for natural wood products.
DISCLAIMERS AND ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS.
Across Country Kitchens makes no other warranties other than those set forth above and the original purchaser’s exclusive remedies are limited to those stated above. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event will Across Country Kitchens be liable for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to damages arising from personal injury, lost profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of property, economic losses, or statutory or exemplary damages, whether any of the preceding damages are due to negligence, warranty, strict liability, expenses incurred from project delays, or otherwise. This limited liability applies to any and all parties, including an end-user or homeowner to which the original purchaser sells Across Country Kitchens’ product.
